Front axle is bent; control arm bushings are bad. Both replaced. The car was in a head-on collision in 2015. It is possible the frame was not completely corrected at this time. And over 55,000 miles, it caused the axle to bend, then causing the bushings to go bad. No other collision or incident has occurred that should cause an axle to bend since the 2015 accident.
